Niel Lim

eCommerce virtual assistant · Cebu, Philippines

I take care of the store work you do not have time for.

Product listings, images, collections, theme fixes, and the SEO groundwork underneath them. Two online stores are linked on this page. Open them and check the work yourself.

Twenty minutes. No deck, no retainer talk on the first call.

Why there are screenshots on this page

Every VA says they know eCommerce. I built two stores so you do not have to take my word for it.

The first store is a real business in Cebu that rents out cameras. It had no website when I started, only Instagram DMs. Four months after launch it was on page one of Google, and three months after that ChatGPT and Claude were naming it in their answers.

The second store I built for myself. Invented products, AI generated product images, but a real storefront end to end. I built it so there is something I can hand to a store owner and say: this is the standard I work to.

Both are live. Search the keywords. Ask the chatbots. That is the point of putting them here.

Two stores

The work, not the résumé

One is a paying business in Cebu. One I built for myself with invented products. Between them they cover everything I would do inside your store.

LensoryPH, camera rental in Cebu

No website, no traffic, every booking arriving as a DM. I built the store, then did the groundwork: keyword research, on‑page and image SEO, Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, sitemap and robots.txt.

A full storefront I designed and built end to end: brand mark, navigation, collections, product pages, product copy, policy pages. The knives are invented and the product images are AI generated. The build is real.

Product pages written to answer buying questions before checkout
Collections and navigation structured for a small catalogue that can grow
Built to show the standard, not to claim it on a profile page

What I do

Six things I can take off your list

Pick the ones you need. I would rather do three of these properly than all six badly.

01

Product listings and data entry

Bulk uploads, variants, tags, inventory, collection assignments. Titles and descriptions written to match what buyers actually type into search.

02

Keyword research and on-page SEO

One keyword per page, mapped to a search that has real volume. Then titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and alt text to match.

03

Image optimization and WebP

Product images compressed and converted to WebP, sized correctly, with alt text that says what the product is. Lighter pages, faster load, better crawling.

04

Google Business Profile and local SEO

Categories, services, hours, photos, posts and review replies. For stores that also sell to people who are physically nearby.

05

AI visibility (GEO)

Structuring product, pricing and policy pages so ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can read and quote them. This is how LensoryPH ended up in all three.

06

Theme edits and customization

Section reordering, layout fixes, speed cleanup, and small template and CSS changes. You do not need to hire a developer for the small stuff.

How it starts

Three steps, no proposal deck

1

Tell me what is eating your week

A list, a screenshot, a voice note, whatever is quickest. I come back with which parts I can take over and how long each would take me.

2

We agree on the first month

You choose what comes first. I write it up as a task list with dates, so you know what lands when.

3

I work inside your store

You get a short written update every Friday with what changed and what is next. If something is not working, we change it.

Fit

Worth saying who this is not for

This fits if

You run an online store and you are the one doing all of it yourself
You have store jobs sitting undone: listings half filled in, images too heavy, collections a mess
You would rather hand off a task list than manage an agency
You sell something specific and want your pages to say so clearly

This does not fit if

You need rankings in two weeks. LensoryPH took four months and that was fast
You want paid ads managed. I do not run ads and will tell you so on the call
You need a full-time employee. I work part-time hours across a few stores
You cannot give store access. I need to be inside the admin to do this work

About

Who you would be working with

I am Niel. Eight years in customer service, three of those as a virtual assistant. Customer service is where I learned to read a question properly before answering it, which turns out to be most of the job when you are running someone else’s store.

I take a small number of stores at a time. You would be working with me directly, not handed to a team you never meet.

Next step

Tell me what is eating your week.

Send me the store jobs you keep pushing to next week. I will tell you which ones I can take over and roughly how long each would take me, whether or not you hire me. No deck, no retainer talk on the first call.
