Shopify store from scratch
Theme setup, rental products with day rates and multi-day pricing, inclusions listed per kit, booking flow, deposit and late fee terms written into the policy pages.

Page one of Google in four months, starting from no website.
LensoryPH rents action cameras and gear in Cebu and Lapu‑Lapu. I built their Shopify store and set up the SEO that put them in front of people searching for rentals, then in front of people asking AI assistants for the same thing.
The homepage I built. Rate, inclusions and booking sit above the fold, because that is the first thing a renter asks.
Where it started
A real business that was invisible in search
LensoryPH already had customers and good gear. What they did not have was a website. Bookings arrived as Instagram and Facebook messages, which meant every enquiry needed a human to answer it and nobody outside their follower list could find them.
Meanwhile the searches were happening. Tourists landing in Cebu type things like “action camera for rent cebu” into Google before they even leave the airport. Those people were finding competitors and Facebook groups instead.
So the job was not just a website. It was making sure the website turned up at the moment somebody was looking.
What I did
The build, then the groundwork
Keyword research
Mapped what renters actually search. Brand-level terms like “insta360 for rent” and category-level terms like “action camera for rent cebu”, one target per page.
On-page and image SEO
Titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal links aligned to those keywords. Every image converted to WebP and given alt text that names the gear.
Google Business Profile
Set up and filled in properly: categories, service area, hours, photos. Local intent searches are half the traffic for a rental shop.
Technical setup
Search Console and Analytics connected, XML sitemap submitted, robots.txt cleaned up so nothing important was blocked from crawling.
GEO for AI answers
Wrote the product and policy pages so an assistant can extract facts from them: exact model, exact rate, what is in the box, deposit, late fee, pickup rules.

GEO
Three assistants, asked the same thing
Buyers now ask ChatGPT before they ask Google. That answer is built from pages an assistant can read and quote, which is a job you can do on purpose.
ChatGPT
Compared five Cebu options and put Lensory PH first at ₱450 a day, marked “best value I found”, then listed all thirteen items in the rental kit straight off the product page. Screenshot August 2026.
Claude
Asked for affordable rentals in Cebu or Lapu-Lapu, preferably the Insta360 Ace Pro 2. Claude found two options and called Lensoryph the only Cebu shop actually stocking that exact model, pulling rate, downpayment, deposit, pickup rules and late fee. Screenshot August 2026.
Gemini
Search: look for action camera rentals in cebu. Gemini lists Lensoryph first under dedicated local shops with the rate, the accessories and the deposit terms, cited to the site. Screenshot August 2026.
What I would tell you honestly
What this does and does not prove
Cebu camera rental is a small market. Page one there is easier than page one for a national keyword, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
Four months was fast, but it was still four months. SEO does not pay out in week two.
What it does prove is the process: pick the right keyword, build the page properly, give the assistants facts they can quote, and check the result.
The same process runs on a store with more competition. It just takes longer and needs more pages.
