Tell me what is eating your week.
Send me the store jobs you keep pushing to next week. I will come back with which parts I can take over and roughly how long each would take me. You keep the answer whether or not you hire me. No deck, no retainer talk on the first call.
What happens next
Three steps and you are done with me for a week
You tell me what needs doing
Two lines is enough. You do not need to write a brief.
I look, then write back
Within one business day: which parts I can take over, how long each would take me, and what I would start with.
We talk if it is useful
Twenty minutes. If I am not the right person for what you need, I will say that on the call.
Useful to know, if you have it
If you do not know any of these, that is fine. It is often the reason people call.
Before you write
Questions I get asked first
How do you charge?
Hourly or by the month, agreed after the call once we both know the scope. I will not quote a number before I have seen the store.
How long until I see SEO results?
LensoryPH took four months to reach page one, and that was a small market with a brand new site. Anyone promising two weeks is selling you something else.
Do you need admin access?
Yes, an admin or staff account with the permissions the work needs. Nothing more than that, and you can revoke it any time.
Can you get me into ChatGPT answers?
I can do the work that made it happen for LensoryPH: pages an assistant can read, with exact prices, inclusions and terms stated as facts. No one controls what a model says, and anyone claiming they do is guessing.
Do you run ads?
No. I do the organic and operational side. If ads are what you need, I will tell you on the call instead of taking the work.
Are you full time on my store?
No. I work part-time hours across a small number of stores, which is why the weekly update exists. You always know what I did.
